What is Rad Muay Thai & Fitness?

RAD Muay Thai & Fitness is a martial arts fitness studio for men, women, and children (age 5 and up) including ALL fitness levels. Let us help you improve your health, fitness and discipline through the technical learning of Muay Thai and Kickboxing. We cover the techniques of Muay Thai while interweaving strength and conditioning into the sessions.
Fighters are some of the fittest athletes in the world. You don’t have to be a fighter to train like one.

We Specialize in Beginners 

What if I’m a beginner?

We receive this inquiry very often. Many ask if our classes would be a good fit for someone who has no martial arts training or background, or even someone who has not done a lot of fitness or athletics in general. The answer is YES it would be a good fit!

We specialize in teaching our classes to anyone who is willing to try and put forth effort. Our curriculum is tailored toward beginners and fit for advanced students who are dedicated and disciplined.

That said we are able to handle all levels from beginner to advanced, we aim to provide a safe and comfortable environment for anyone who has never trained in such disciplines before.

What To Expect During Your First Visit

Wear comfortable properly fitted clothing. Do not wear baggy shorts. Wear workout clothes you can move around in easily when kicking, running and jumping. Bring a water bottle to ensure you stay hydrated and a workout towel if you enjoy being extra prepared. Arrive on time, preferably at least 10 minutes prior to class so you can meet the coaches, Kru Rad and familiarize yourself with the gym layout.
