Pound Boxing Gym

The Gym: New, clean, and welcoming. It’s an open-air gym (meaning no air-con) but there are fans. Honestly, I love having the gym open to the outside the most. The bathrooms are clean (with a shower), there are lockers, new punching bags, and the floors are sanitized every day.
Class structure: Each class is 1.5 hours long. You start with stretching for 10-15 minutes, then have 3-5 minute rounds where the teacher will hold pads and tell you how to hit them. You can catch your breath while the other students do the same. Usually, you’ll go from boxing, to knees and elbows, to kicks, to everything. Then, you’ll cool down for 10 minutes with stretches and ab workouts. You don’t have to know anything – all levels are welcome.
If you want to learn authentic, quality Muay Thai, come here. The prices are really good, the classes are excellent, and you will get to meet some awesome people.
