This is an exceptional Muay Thai gym. I joined the gym to get lose weight , condition my body, and to be able to protect myself if need be. I love this place! The Muay Thai instructor is extremely knowledgeable, he watches his students closely to ensure the students are using proper form, punching and kicking with the correct body part, etc… He does this to ensure he is teaching his craft properly but also to ensure his students do not get hurt. Lastly who wouldn’t want to learn Muay Thai from a Muay Thai champion, Coke!!! Lets go!!!!! This is the only place you need to be if you want to learn Muay Thai and it is fun!!
