About JAI

We teach the art of Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) from our gyms in downtown Auckland and Wellington City. With over 40 classes a week over seven days, we try to make this beautiful sport accessible to everyone, regardless of whether their goal is to compete, develop self-defence skills, or just have a fun workout.

A variety of classes to choose from

We offer a range of classes suitable for beginners to advanced, contact and non contact.
JAI 101* is an introduction to Muay Thai class to teach the basics starting from stance and how to throw a punch. You may repeat this session as many times as you find useful!
Kick Start is suitable for beginners who have graduated from JAI 101.
Muay Fit and All-Levels are non-contact classes suitable for all levels.
Muay Power is an intermediate to advanced non sparring class.
Fight Circuit, Kick Tech and Sparring are technique-focused classes suitable for intermediate to advanced levels. (protective gear is required)
